More or less 50% is right. In fact there's nothing to annotate.
I think CRUCIAL POINT tried to explain this and it's same. I haven't taken anything from him. But there're similarities

In the end, maybe it was Pumi or Bilal I cannot remember now, but 'they' directed us back to how Wyckoff looked at the market.
