Draw a line across the LO start and THEN the NYO start, and watch whether they are trading above/below both, or above/below one or the other, and watch for a fake to kick it off, usually takes an hour. And then its hell for leather for the London Close (Fixing Time) at 18:00 chart time. After that is the 2nd Monkey Busoness Time ...Ignored
