FXCM appreciates your concerns and would like to clarify a few of your questions.

This week we have large financial institutions fall due to what we believe was over exposure and taking on too much risk.

FXCM strives to limit unnecessary risk. FXCM operates under a No Dealing Desk Execution model. We provide you with streaming prices given to us directly from the banks and financial institutions. These are the prices you will see.

Brokers providing you with lower spreads may be tailoring the prices given to them by the banks and holding the risk on their end.

FXCM feels that it is in your best interest that we strive to limit our risk and will continue to provide you with the spreads and rollover rates we are receiving from the banks we work with.

In volatile market conditions like these that have caused multi-billion dollar entities to go under, we believe it would not require very many losses to wipe out a multi-million dollar entity. If they go bankrupt because of the risk they took on, you lose as well from having your funds frozen in bankruptcy litigation for years.

FXCM chose the no dealing desk execution model to avoid these conflicts and dilemmas with our clients.

We apologies for this inconvenience, but will continue to only stream you the prices and rollover that are given to us directly from banks and financial institutions
Thank you,
Jaclyn Sales

Hello to my fellow countrymen, M'sian.

I would say that's really stupid TMNUT problem. I had the problem earlier at home. but now solve temporary without any complaint. If I had problem, I would access to my remote platform to trade. Basically also using TMNUT. But on Enterprise package. My colleague staying in Banting also facing similiar problem. Well I believe these are the TMNUT routing issue. Where's there's some site cannot be access via home package but can be access via enterprise package.

There's always different exchange gateway between enterprise and home. Therefore, I can confidently conclude that this is the STUPID TMNUT problem
I've tried to address the issue, apparently too techie, guess the CS doesnt understand what I'm talking about.

I was thinking of changing Broker to IBFX or others that dont really coz me problem and eat my hard earn $$$$

hi guys,

why don't you use the proxy server. hehe i found this after checking its micro forum hehe

Open the platform, cancel the login box, go to system, proxy settings, click next twice, check the box that says "User proxy server," input the host and port below, click next, finish and reconnect.
Host: 165.228.129.10
Port: 3128
If this host and port doesn't work, try these two below.
Host: 208.83.221.138
Port: 3128
Host: 202.83.197.168
Port: 3128

cheers people.
I am bored..

my friends and me all suffered the same problem as u stated. order execution is slow, sometimes it might display our closed orders in pending orders field and still left the orders in summary tab. the trading station failed to run properly once the orders numbers get near to 100 lots, it is pretty scary to us sometimes as we needed to restart the trading station and logged in again to solve the problem. similar problem happened during order execution if holding lots number is large. Once you clicked the "cancel" button, basically the trading station will not be able to accept any trading operations like buy sell, set tp, sl, etc.
no joke, anyone can open a demo account to testify the above sayings.
we did talk to their online support, but the reply is usually helpless and even have "silence" chat!
the most unsatisfactory my friend revealed recently is that fxcm micro withdrawal administration fee is pretty expensive comparatively to standard account holders.
anyway, the only winning point for fxcm micro is its "cheap" price to play with.
it is really a trade-off between cheapNESS && (security || high admin fee || bad support service).
