When I was demoing with them, I could not log on to the platform on the weekends. They were always updating it. I know, it sucks. Another thing about that too is if you use marketscope charts, those get messed up sometimes also. There were some times that after a weekend, I would log in and the platform would be totally differant and any chart I had saved would be gone. I did not care for that at all.
I've a live Account with fxcm and i've no problems with
their dealing platform.

It is quite often that the FXCM platform is not available for all or part of the weekend. I also have an FXCM account at present and, while the platform was not available earlier in the weekend, it is avaialble now.
Having said that, I will tell you that if you have had no problems with their trading platform, you are one of the very few who has not. From everything I have heard, problems with FXCM are to be expected. I have had many problems and I am currently experimenting with other brokers demo platforms trying to decide who to move to.
fxcm is fine ... they just like to update a lot on Saturday. It's just a way of telling you to take it easy .... if you can't log on for a normal trading day then try downloading the latest version from the website.
