selling at the bottom damage me so bad. i lost almost 20% of my equity . dunno which way now , anyone have any suggestion ? i;m waiting the news passed and i like to go with the flow, no matter bear or bull.

sell at 157.71 . i thought it will me major bearish

it seem suddenly there is a lot of movement downward, what it the trigger ?
could it be the news approaching and people out their position ?
If I may advise, since you're new, don't put your thoughts on trying to figure out what the mm are going to do. You will never come out tops.

No idea mate. It could well be because of the data. Personally, I don't really care & in truth, nobody here knows for sure.

nicely put. I agree 100% that money management and risks control are the key to success.
Hmmm, and of course psychology - it's difficult to close profitable orders when they reach your goal if you think it might go further. But then again it usually happens that it reverses and if you would stay in you would loose. Therefore stick to your system. In addition cut your losses short - exit on your predefined stoploss - never hope for reversal, it doesn't happen often... I learned it hard way...
