Jokes aside, i value your analysis and ideas mate. You are an experienced regular here. You may not like me, or us, or it can be vice versa. But i am sure there will be newbies, even non-member visitors that can benefit from your experience and knowledge.

Couldn't access my broker's website (FXTM) all afternoon from here at home in Naija, then suddwnly the news dropped in the evening dailys about 2 hours ago: FXTM and other firms like Binance, Octaforex, etc have come under the government compliance hammer!

Anyone else in my plight who's here?

How does that Karma work if a person is only being nice to people cos they believe that some hidden hand will notice their deeds and respond by doing them a good turn?

Besides. It seems to me that the best traders aren't necessarily nice people. George Soros perhaps being the best trader, ever (except for Nancy Pelosi). A complete fkn sociopath, which makes sense as trading financial markets is essentially a parasitic pursuit.

Attempted a small short pre news on cable closed for a -4pips
Scaled out half position long in Uj. No continuation upward means increasing downside risk and my stop loss is exposed so better cut risk and wait.
will probably cut more if I don’t see particular reasons to hold it overnight

sad to see oil exactly at my target, could have got some more on it.

this said, I can only add that really currency market is becoming frustrating. One needs to load heavy size to see the money (be it win or loss).
going to freeze some charts in next sessions and focus on commodities and indices or even cryptos.

some of my favorite zebi takes as of late are:
-oil prices mean nothing, its all about gasoline prices
-gbpusd and dxy are the same thing
-looking at the 1 minute chart automatically makes you a bad trader (he didnt reply to my post asking him to tell the difference between a 1 minute and monthly chart)
-gbpusd parity in the next few months (he has been saying this for the last few months)
yet, on top of all of this, he claims to have an IQ of 130+.
i'm pretty sure if you took an xray of his skull it would literally be solid bone.

Similar is the Jewish idea of performing a "mitzvah" in the sense of doing a good deed for another because it will bring blessings is totally NULLIFIED if the intention is to receive the blessing. To qualify for a blessing, the act is peformed with no ulterior motive, essentially without awareness that a "good deed" was even performed. That is, the action results from the person's inner nature .
