I got improved in 1 thing , that i can say for sure
I have a habit for trading on the biggest lot size that i can
Let's say i started the with 130 $ , that give me option to trade 0.1 lot , every pip worth 1 dollar , you loss 130 pips , you loss all your money
Now i have 220 $ that give option to trade 0.17 lot , every pips worth 1.7 dollar , and again , you loss 130 pips , you loss all your money
Last trade i took position with 0.1 lot
Now i am trading with good money management
And i am out for the news
