Disliked{quote} It was me saying that, admittedly I'm not well versed in the usefulness of trend lines but aren't you supposed to have at least 2 prior touches for it to be a valid? You have 1 touch showing and the current price. Can you show further back so its more clear?Ignored
Disliked{quote} If you look at chart before 7th of July and after for DXY, you can see autonomous movement of dxy in a predetermined pace. Not much of peaks and throughs, more of hills in a steady pace down. Im thinking there are FED/government involved not foreign national or the overall market. Maybe FED buying back outstanding foreign debt. They are selling dollars by offering it for notes from,japan/china. Its smart to buy back debt from japan when yen is around its lowest, assuming you have to pay in yen for the notes.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Peter you could use this thread for your big reveal: show your forex trading mastery by posting a chart, some analysis, and a trade or two. This is an opportunity for you to stop the senseless non-sequitor bullshit and provide some clarity. Just post the forex trades that got you the 5% today. Bond trading? Compound interest? Try to stay on message. Start a thread on bond trading and I'll teach you something about pricing bonds there. But the focus here is on the price of GBP crosses. Show a trade from today, even if it was a loss. Explain...Ignored

Disliked{quote} YEAH I know !! Maybe it's coz the machines are making baby robots that are tweeting about the new data coming out on forex factory etc and they're all lining up 'round the block' for a feed. It's CRAZY right!! To hell with those pesky human things! Who needs 'em! If you do not understand the basic building blocks of your own society, then OF COURSE you'll see a "correlation" toward data releases and a derivative moving. Trading data "BECAUSE OF" data is for suckers. It didn't back in the 1920's, it didn't work 1000yrs ago in society, it...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Take a look at movements of stocks when they release earnings. The violent price action is down to the milliseconds after the release and it usually happens when the stock market isn't even open! If that doesn't convince you then nothing will. https://youtu.be/iL1XEPJL4psIgnored
