from month open, cable has moved in a very tight range.

BOE has shown signs that it will not allow cable to weaken much, so the only thing that can briong cable out of this mess is a stable government and a control over runaway inflation

It will be a difficult week to trade Pound this week, there is the political battle going on between Sunak and Boris (expect Pound to rally a little bit if Sunak wins) and than there is last week’s BOJ intervention and the price movement in Yen will affect GBP too. Overall the downside in GBP continues and it won’t change the long term bearish sentiment that has prevailed for so long in British Pound with just a change of leadership. I will continue to sell rallies with caution because I know it will be a choppy week. I am expecting GBP to close at same price on coming Friday to where it will begin trading on Monday.
