The information has not yet been priced in. Due to the following
-If the information has been priced in, it will no longer have any upward momentum. The PA will be 'neutral'. My indicators and PA observation says this that the Cable is still rising.
-There is virtually no downward pressure. This indicates that the market in my opinion, is simply holding in anticipation of the release. When it breaks, it will should cause a "super" spike upwards, unless the news come out contrary to expectations which a "super"spike downwards will happen. This is unlikely due to the elections phenomenon...(ie close to elections, GDP numbers are good)
