lol This reminds me the start of the week when I was saying it should drop hard towards daily 100 ema but 90% were all bullish, now it's all bearish spirit. Of course I could be wrong, had been often anough, but there are just too many factors I see to stop any drop below low 55s now.. Good luck to all anyway.

It's at the low of this uptrend channel that seems to have started, let's see if it breaks lower or bounce.

I personally would put the chances for that at 10:1, at least for today and tommorow.

EDIT: closed my short at about 1 pip. Will wait.

EDIT 2: Took a small long till 97 with risk at 72.

IMO...there is "room" to play for scalpers between 1.558 & 1.561 (L Short Term TL & H Short Term TL) till US Open and News to come later, nice wedge to scalp within.

Just my 2 cents...

Hi Finian, please read back my first post today, still bearish but with caution as you can read there.

Please do NOT follow my advice blindly, I'm not a guru and don't pretend to be one, always do your own due diligence and enter your trades upon..it should always be your own call...

US opens at 12 GMT, 1pm in the UK (GMT+1)
Pre trading starts 1h earlier, but bare in mind FX is a 24/7 market
All this info can be found here on FF btw...

Just my 2 cents...

US OUTLOOK: ML suggests a gain in confidence might not signal a
bottom in the economy: "in each of the three prior recessions, consumer
confidence saw a brief, bear-type rally, but resumed a downtrend once
the reality of job losses really hit home."

Comments?

I am long.

I'm long too, will closely look the market during the news, and decide if close my long (in loss, but i hope of no) or ride the downtred-retrace (looks like still not a good retrace has be made), anyway, you got a nice surname

Ciao

True..however have a look at the chart (http://www.adpemploymentreport.com/ner/charting.aspx) this shows a possible reverse situation...less unemployment...

Add that to all current world wide economical signs, lots been discussed already in this thread (enjoy the reading) and you can understand why market sentiment turns bearish...

As always..Just my 2 Cents...

Shadow, as usual you hit the nail on the head. I must admit I think we will have a brief period of Us$ rally but then eventually oil supply/ demand will take over and oil prices will rise again...just my 2 pips

Good morning DE123,

Any "orders" for today......hows the bike...
TIP:
It rides better "downhill"...(read bearish) then "uphill" (read bullish)...called gravity...
