Like I said, you couldn't know whether I'd keep it open until news hits...which is why the "newbie" comment was a bit premature. Always happy to explain my reasoning if someone asks.

knee jerk direction was as expected for $ strength with EU down and EJ up but once the dust settled EU should remain down as the data was very good. Then the EJ started to move down in sync so I shorted the low point simple stuff

not like that... there times when I don't. I like that short from 3120ish. btw, I didn't trade nfp. I traded my levels, just like the longs yesterday, or shorts from the 6th... as always. good luck with yours.

H4 indicates bullish TK cross with the close of current candle. R is from descending TL, 38fib (49314, 20607) and above at 31600 (H4 Kijun sen, near high Feb 28)

D1: looks like S was found at 2980 but I'd like to see descending TL breached before calling off the bear.
if H1 CCI drops below 100 i'd rather expect a test of S at 3080 and 3066

above figure of 3066 did not take the somewhat surprising NFP outcome in account.
EU is extremely oversold at moment as a result; expecting 2960-80 to be a bit of a nut to crack. If support clearly fails then 2880 would be the next level down.

is old story of trying to pick a top I guess, USD has is been bull market for nearly 4 years now ,,by definition an uptrend, has / is she she topping who knows, agree about last year, mario merkel bennie circus, throw in boj manipulation, snb prior, most corelations have been pretty screwed up for awhile now, few glimpses now and then, but overall getting little too unreliable, as used before, but there are still signs co relations are worth noting, but maybe for different reasons, not sure wether its worth trying to work out the new dynamics or just wait maybe close out 1st quarter, market could settle down, guess will have to wait and see

Man yet again disappointed about euro how it goes. Last month has been brutal for it. :/ I've made some profit with short but I don't like it anymore. This thing has lost almost 800 pips without some serious retracement. Damnit

general idea was buy the double, sell the triple.. but of course there are so many things to consider..
