Hmm it looks as ifthe tokyo open tried to hit the 1.4480 level but faild, do you guys think we will have a second attempt at reaching it during the european open??? If it does'nt we may go back to the upside at around 1.455ish.

I agree with you there, we still never did see that multi hundred pip drop. Hmm maybe later tonight lol, The pair just dropped when it hit its 100 Hr SMA minutes ago. Currently at 1.453ish

That's all the naysayers have on EURUSD... oh yeah and the "global" slowdown caused by USA subprime/recession.

well, say what u say,..i still got payed on my positive swap,..if u can say eur/chf is a carry trade,..which is a kinda standard here in europe, then alow me to say that eur/usd is even more likely a carry trade since 4/3 is >then 4/3.25...:....i also think we might have another 0.25 cut...from usd..

The coincidence was the bashing of last week. I hadn't looked at the markets for a week...had family i town. I come back and see the "world" turned upside down. everyone else drank the punch to support the "spin". IMO
After the reversals at 1.44xx it now seems that fridays low is the e wave of the triangle and now we have seen it shoot up from fridays with this i have been long and will hold longs until i have a 4hr and daily overbought conditions..

Overbought on what indicator? H4 is close on stoci and Williams, daily is just turnign the bottom. nice

EDIT: Uh oh, spoke too soon? looks like we need 1.4650+ on daily before we can celebrate.
Do you guys have a big gap up on your charts? I have a gap from 1.4541 to 1.4590 at 9:00 EST candle open. Not complaining I'm just wondering if my feed is weird.
I have similar gaps as well here.

That's why I love EURGBP, made about 6 trades and do not have to care about all these silly gaps.
Euro still ranging away in a clear channel with no reason to break out of it.
I'm not a Fib guy, but I am looking at it thinking, 50% retrace is 1.47. Likely place to go park the EURO for a while? Otherwise 1.4640-60 is nearest fib. A rejection off of there could be a big question. Perhaps taking $$ at 1.4650 and getting back in on a 1.46 test?

I prefer to call it an ascending triangle with higher lows forming since 22th December. Made another long entry today based on that.

Haha this pair is driving me nuts. Is this pair actually trading range bound, I want to place a long order in, but my system tells me to continue with the short position.

Look at the bright side, if this pair continues to remain like this, you can just buy low and sell high ...
