If it breaks that channel, the next area of resistance is 1.3468-1.3473 (daily Confluence resistance). That is much stronger and my preferable for establishing short positions.

Judging from your main down TL yes I agree (the other red lines I couldn't decode).

The test & rejection play looks too clear to be true (so it probably is) and there is no TA signals so far that the TL will not hold from a daily perspective. However, that last leg down was out of panic (which is not good for TA) and on the weekly if the R level 1.330x gets broken back with a rejection bar (the one is forming) the outlook will change and we'll be back to pre-panic mode which mean from a TA perspective that at least the slope of the downtrend...
after today we will see more clearly..next week will be fun

Am surprised that despite figures coming from the US and the trouble bubbling in the EURO zone we have this situation I wasn't expecting this kind of price movements (north) or are some Asians playing some games here. I really need this pair to finish this move and continue downwards as it should have been doing in the first place.

This roadblock is fragile and it could bounce either way, not an entry signal more a place to shore up the SL and look for continuation/rejection signals. There are obvious places to enter and obvious ones to pass, this is the latter.
imo we are due for some more we just up about 50+ pips. i have a target of at least 3288 3359 hopefully. are your speculations equal as well

You may get it but I just do not think it is likely to go much above 1.3050. This is particularly true given the fundamentals in addition to the technicals.

Hi Harry! this is pretty normal... couple of reasons why:

1. Is Friday - Fridays are always crazy (many people do not trade on Friday)
2. Is December. Big Hands Traders want to make some extra pips for Xmas Bonus
3. Risk Appetite - people switch to more risky intruments, temporary not reflecting the real value of the currency

Although soon we will go down big time, now is a little bit too early I suppose. We have not reached the .33 yet

if you are an intraday trader , don't give a jack about the big direction. and trade usual intra day stuff.

if you are long term trader then cheer up.

its gonna go down ALOT !.
minimum to 1.25. even though i expect new low.

last month it was 1300 pips down !
check the candle , a devastating one , with close @ 2980 !

give them time to draw the upper spike line of the candle of this month .
