Help! my MT4 keeps crashing.

I recently downloaded a custon indicator that some one had posted. since doing so my Mt4 keeps crashing, especially when I try to change my chart time frame. I have restarted Mt4 as well as restarted my computer and the problem persists.
I get the following message from Mt4. Sorry to post this here but I can not use my charts and do not know what else to do.

If I do this will I loose ALL of my trend lines, as well as all i have placed on my charts? I hope not because i have put a LOT of time into customizing them they way I like. Do you know if this will happen?
