metatrader keeps crashing

hi all

i've never had problems with metatrader before but today it just keeps crashing.

i added a couple of new pivot point indicators today and it was working fine...but hr later it crashed.

a message came up but cudnt read it before it went and now cant log on...screen opens then msg comes up and switches metatrader off.

the msg apologises for crash and then i think goes into more detail but cudnt read it

anyone had/having similar problem? any ideas what i should do to fix it anyone?

Had same prob with a Demark indicator. Deleted the indic and worked fine after.

What I did was open up the used profile in my favorite editor.
C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 4\profiles\[YOUR USED PROFILE]\Chartxx.chr
It's an XML formatted file. Then I deleted the latest <indicator>...</indicator> I added.
