EURUSD Daily - Important Levels

The bat pattern from yesterday's H4 chart worked exactly as expected (Image 1).

On Daily chart (Image 2) we will now look for short opportunities once price gets at or slightly above fib 78.6: 1.1258 to 1.1278 zone!!! Stop losses could go at or above 1.13!!

If price starts to drop before any bullish attack and you shorted already then watch closely of a potential bounce around 1.1190 to 1.1165 zone!!!

Lots of EUR/JPY selling this morning in early Asia as US dollar comes under pressure .

Expect the trend to continue. Euro looks like it has stalled in all crosses as well against USD

OK, so, on technical side, that shooting star on daily chart is really making me ponder, but 1.12 still holds, it is very strong.

Anyway, the morning is wiser than the night...

Weird... I was long but set a nice SL to reverse it. I think I lost a few pips reversing but then +20% on the account from the rate hike.

I am out...even Tokyo is scared of 1.12, I can't believe how strong the support is, closing all my shorts, just keeping the highest one from 1295. I will add more shorts if another spikes up comes...because as of now, it surely looks like one more is coming.
Everyone can see the chart, but only a few can actually read it.

I think any long spike will be small and short-lived. I think it'd get swallowed whole from the downward pressure. Just because it isn't moving downward doesn't mean it'll be allowed higher.

1.12 is being besieged.

The thing is, although USD gained some strength yesterday after initial weakness, the situation in Eurozone isn't bad either, on quite contrary, it is doing well.

Knowing this, it is reasonable to assume that there is no reason to short the EUR/USD into oblivion.

Today, with so many news will be continuation of yesterday.

The lessons all teach: never let your loss go over 2%.

I don't believe in that.
If I believe in a trade I can let my loss go to 10% and still come out as a winner.
If I have any doubt, then I won't even let my loss go to 1%.

But then, I have in total 9 active accounts, so who cares if 1 goes wrong.
