Disliked{quote}I have another account that might be 200:1 but low leverage keeps risk down, I might just be patient, but I'm just used to 200:1 The whole leverage to risk ratio, I need some restraint still to counteract my desperation fear and greed. DislikedEU fooled a lot of people into shorts I bet...I expect a spike up(1220-30 minimum) during US session and no, I don't care if the news will be red or green. If there is a chance to short high, I will take it...ideally above 1250.Ignored

QuoteDislikedDear Client,
We would like to inform you that high importance economic events will be taking place on June, 14, and will potentially cause fluctuations in the market.
Economic and sociopolitical events of this nature often cause market volatility as they can cause sharp movements in price, which can in turn expose traders to significant risk. This risk can be countered in the right way ahead of time, by taking the necessary measures in adapting trading conditions temporarily.
In light of the above, the margin for new positions opened today from 12:15:00 to 12:35:00 (GMT+0) for all FX pairs will be calculated based on a minimum margin requirement of 0.50%. At the end of this period, normal margin requirements will resume. Furthermore, these changes will not affect previously opened positions. Applying higher margin requirements during these times is intended to help you manage your risk accordingly, thus safeguarding you from volatility.
