EU still sideways, like 70%+ correlation eur & usd since last Tuesday. Gbp might be a good short into tomorrow, recovered way too much for its uncertain environment.

EURUSD - Daily Levels for Tomorrow

I am expecting more movement starting from tomorrow (or even from tonight's Asia session).. and it looks bullish since thick blue daily support line is still not broken..

Especially after GMT midnight we must watch where price stays: If new daily candle opens below 1.1199 it will be the first signal for bear power stepping in. If it opens above 1.1199 we might expect a bounce and retests towards 1.1220 area.

Important: This whole sideways move could also be a part of right shoulder on daily. Overall the real breakout for bulls is 1.1285.. the more time is spend below this level the more power bears will gain. Keep that in mind for any of your long term approaches.

I'm thinking exactly the same thing ..how can this beast make a 100 pip move up when there is still nothing even remotely constructive about what's going on in the UK.

I really want to short but 100 pips up why not 100 more..just saying..any thoughts?...

Probably a technical move, gbp has weakened alot in the crosses, straight lines down, had to retrace some %. I think it's done for now, should start the move south again. My view will be invalidated above the X line.

Nzd should follow soon, a week maybe two.

I am stupid. I overlooked key ingredient in all that bs salad. Expectations for rate hike tomorrow. I thought they didn't want to change rates just yet. Now it's all clear to me.

Fed is not going to change rate tomorrow! Too soon.

PS. If they do so E is going up.
