cutting winners early is the greatest problem to overcome. it took 4 yrs for me

How did you overcome it ..if you don't mind me asking..cause you're right my system isn't working if I still have this issue.It sucks cause I seem to have no problem now finding the right direction a pair is heading now ever since I switched all my attention to higher time frames.

Marry, make a kid, wait until it gets 2+, problem solved. It will take all your attention away from charts so your tp will be safe.

easy, after 4 yrs of struggle
when Am in a trade and my fear pushing me to exit early planned target, I start thinking what will happen when I exit,
- I will start porimsing will not do it again
- will keep promising that will stay in for the next one(s)
- thinking how will get angry to myself
and staying in

in this situation you will face the moment of truth which is if ur trading system is working or not. does it have a background to take u to the planned destination or u r the weakest link or the system

higher time frame slows down ur learning pahase, try 15 min n make screen time while keeping in mind higher time frames

sweet...thanks, brother..very valid points..pretty much the exact dilemma I face with most of my trades.

at this point, I may be the weakest link in my system that's why it's progressing to the point that it's so mechanical I'm taken out of it.

It is consoling to hear that some trader don't give a damn about the fundamentals, I used to be obsessed with them until very recently. I would go as far as not opening any trade or closing active trades just because the news came out the opposite from what I expected. It didn't serve me well. I ended up missing out on so many opportunities. What I later found out was ,upon years of failure that some fundamentals just don't matter AT ALL. In certain cases price even go the opposite way. Now I play the levels on 4h,daily, weekly I can't care less about whats up with PMI, or the usual Draghi or Yellen nonsense. Back in the day when US was about to hike the rate for the first time since the crisis it actually mattered what they said, word by word. But I don't think that's the case anymore. AUD didn't seem to care much about RBA earlier this week, it was business as usual.

Thanks for your sincere comment.. and yes.. the higher the timeframe you trade automatically the lower the noise and therefore the lower the stress.. also leaves more free time to engage with family and friends and your sleep becomes healthy and uninterrupted.. loads of benefits by just giving up some of your additional profits that small timeframes would provide.. but that's okay.. in the end even a consistent 10 pips* a day is enough to become a millionaire..

*the keyword here is "consistent"

In normal conditions I would put buy limit at 1235. But it's nothing normal going on in next few days.
