CCFp weekly signals (set and forget basket trading)

I didn't see so fast negative trades until today.

I'm running a combo of baskets, 6 weekly, 14 daily. I'm testing the weekly and daily with mostly TF, FF, L2, with some opening at 07:00, 09:00 GMT.

I'm tying to test which combo is the most consistent, as some have said TF is better, FF is better, 07:00 is better, 09:00 etc. The only way to really know is for me to check myself. Each days results are different so even now it's hard to see so far which has been doing well.

Today is a great example, as most of my baskets are in a loss today, the markets not behaving lol.

i have 10 basket in total, 2 didn't open since i imagine that my margin is not enough to open another trade with 0.10 lot per trade , and yes i will take that trade but with smaller lot if i go live

i run this ccfp ea in daily mode, but still figuar the setting, does anyone has the experience about daily use? can you share the setting ?

There's plenty of daily results in the pages of this thread, just take a look!

I can only suggest to you to do what I'm doing. Open multiple daily baskets each with various different settings, and test them all. See which ones perform well and which don't, then keep the ones that are good. That's the best way I can suggest for you.

I load this on a chart and it does not stay. Journal reports removed but no reason why.

So you open four kind(TF/TT/FF/FT) of basket with same MA parameters?

Hello, is it any wat to have a mobile TP SL? for example. if i'm at 300 pip on one basket, TP=400, SL=200, then if it goes up to 350, TP=450, SL=250. So if the pips goes up, the TP SL changes, but if the pips goes down SL stays the same and close the trade.

This example is setup 12 baskets
Basket1 - Trade Level 2 FF
Basket2 - Trade Level 2 FT
Basket3- Trade Level 2 TF
Basket4- Trade Level 3 FF
Basket5- Trade Level 3 FT
Basket6- Trade Level 3 TF
Basket7- Trade Level 4 FF
Basket8- Trade Level 4 FT

open GMT 09:00

Enviromnemt:
1. CCFpWEEKLYtemplate.tpl file put in your PC template folder. (ex: c:\temp\CCFpWEEKLYtemplate.tpl )
2. CCFp-Diff [v2.0](1).ex4 indicator file put that in your MT4 Indicator folder. (ex c:\MT4\MQL4\Indicators\)
3. xm7_CCfp_Wkly_TradeMonitor_v37.7.4.ex4 put in your MT Experts filder (ex c:\MT4\MQL4\Experts\)
4. Close restart your MT4

Setup MT4 Basket1
5.In MT4 Open first 1 minute (M1) EUR/USD , This is the Baskets1 chart.
on the Chart screen , click mouse right button, find Template -> Load Template -> select c:\temp\CCFpWEEKLYtemplate.tpl
Because the CCFpWEEKLYtemplate.tpl is work for Weekly usage, so we need change the parameters.
on the Chart screen , click mouse right button , find "Indicators List" and select it, MT4 will pop-up a menu Indicators list.
You can find CCFp-Diff_[v2.0](1) , select it and press "EDIT" button enter to CCFp-Diff_[v2.0](1) parameters menu.
6. modify CCFp-Diff_[v2.0](1) indicatoir
modify Timeframe to 1440
modify Use.Current = false
modify Use.Bar.Instead.of.MA = false
modify Trade_level = 2

other parameter use default value. press OK button save it and press Close buttton to exit Indicator list menu.
7. on the Chart screen , click mouse right button, find Template -> Save Template , save to c:\temp\CCfpDialy_level2_ff.tpl
this flie we can use for other Baskets
8. Run xm7_CCfp_Wkly_TradeMonitor_v37.7.4.ex4 on this EURUSD chart window.
change the xm7_CCfp_Wkly_TradeMonitor_v37.7.4.ex4 parameters as below:

Basket Magic Number =1
Trading Mode = Daily
in Daily settings for trademode=daily==
GMT Open Hour("HH:mm") = 09:00
GMT close basket each day at this hour ("HH:mm") = 21:00
other use default
Then we finish Baskets1 setting

Setup MT4 Basket2
1.In MT4 Open new 1 minute (M1) EUR/USD , This is the Basket2chart.
on the Baskets2 Chart screen , click mouse right button, find Template -> Load Template -> select c:\temp\CCfpDialy_level2_ff.tpl
2.on Baskets2 Chart screen , click mouse right button , find "Indicators List" and select it, MT4 will popup a menu Indicators list.
You can find CCFp-Diff_[v2.0](1) , select it and press "EDIT" button enter to CCFp-Diff_[v2.0](1) parameters menu.
modify Timeframe to 1440
modify Use.Current = false
modify Use.Bar.Instead.of.MA = Ture
modify Trade_level = 2
press OK button save it
3.Run xm7_CCfp_Wkly_TradeMonitor_v37.7.4.ex4 on this EURUSD Baskets2 chart window.

Then we finish Baskets2 setting

Basket3 ~12 is the same method,
you only need modiy CCFp-Diff_[v2.0](1)
Timeframe to 1440 = > for daily mode, use 1440
Use.Current = false or Ture
Use.Bar.Instead.of.MA = Ture or False
Trade_level = 2 or 3 or 4 or 5

xm7_CCfp_Wkly_TradeMonitor_v37.7.4.ex4 Parameters "Basket Magic Number" must different , I use 1 ~12 for Baskets magic number

You've been having quite good success with Frankfurt open. Do you manually close at a certain time or leave it to run through London session?

Agreed Bud. I have also made that mistake We may lose, but we never lose the lesson. We jusy may have to repeat it several zillion times until it sinks in??
I started trimming pairs in negative pips out manually then found later that the ones I had trimmed out did very well in the afternoon. So a small profit could have been a much bigger one in the end if I had left those trades in place
