Brokers having different Candles generally charts agree
I like to use + 2/3 Hrs Gmt Brokers
Oanda is the one on "top left" .... which has a different candle from all others ...
I m now Using the Platform with the wrong candle, only to displaying multi charts, not for trading demo either ,,,
because "hedging is not allowed" , but maybe if opening new live account it will allowed ,, who knows maybe
i can't use Brokers who give me Suffix or Brokers with funny candles when it comes to demo or live
Honestly i find Australian Brokers to be cool...

generally charts will agree, BUT expert will consider sunday candle with not GMT+2 server => wrong decisions (only for daily)

anyway solved, Oanda has GMT+2 server for live accounts

If the D1, W1, MN candles are set to true and they dont align, will the signal be given? Below I can see candles dont align, but a signal is still given...

What is IC Markets GMT Offset?

To align the daily chart chart candles with New York close (5pm ET) IC Markets server time and charts are GMT + 2 or GMT + 3 when daylight savings is in effect.

Have you tried Microsofts MSDTC. Used to use it a lot in the old days for remote access to servers. Am not sure if it even still exists in these days. Was last century when I started using it But it allows you to remotely log on to a server or pc And control it as though you were there. Just a thought Bud

Thanx never tried .... I started years ago monitoring Cctv at a distance, cos a good boy set it all up for me
but didn't know anything about Pcs at the time .... but now with forex i have to ...
so already doing researches ,,,,

Why EA is not normalizing lot size by average volatility? GBP pairs (especially multiple ones) can do loss very fast

Another thing that people do not know it that MT4 does not closes a bar on time it opens a new one on arrival of a tick for that symbol outside the current bars time range. MT4 is tick driven, not time driven.

Is there a difference yes there is, and it could be a big one depending on your settings.

Lets say you use daily signals and you set the GMT time of xmess7 EA to start exactly at the open of day loaded on a EURUSD (high tick vol pair) chart.
I presume that the X7 uses a timer to watch the start time so at day open the EA starts to trade.

For most pairs (you hope) new bars will be already opened so the index bar+1 will point to the correct bar.
For pairs where no tick has arrived yet bar+1 will actually still point at bar+2.

Some brokers do use that fact by accumulating a couple of ticks at critical trade times and send them as one large one a couple of seconds later.
ICMarket users must have noticed the delay on the timer in the Market Watch window on the close of the hour.
If that timer is not running, ticks arent coming.

For proof just open a M1 EURUSD chart next to a EURNOK chart (or any other exotic) and watch bar close differences.
