Wonder if we see a "blow up top" still - it looks to be getting above 1.121... sucks for all bears for sure. haha.

If it goes pass 1.122 it's looking good for Long for a bit more. But Short is coming for sure soon afterwards.

The EUR/USD pair pulled back from the 1.12 level, as we have been a bit overbought as of late. It makes quite a bit of sense, and although I still feel that the market has quite a bit of bullish pressure, it makes sense that we could drop as far as the 1.10 level. Remember, most of the surge happened after Angela Merkel suggested that the value was too low. Quite frankly, that’s not enough of a reason to go long, but the knee-jerk reaction certainly helped. I believe that a supportive candle underneath should be a nice buying opportunity on the daily timeframe to continue the move towards the 1.15 level above, which is the top of the most recent consolidation area on the weekly charts. I don’t have any interest in selling, I believe that the bullish sentiment is obvious and therefore I feel that most of the market will follow that.

This pair has fallen from at the resistance level identified at the psychological number of 1.1250, and the drop looks strong enough to suggest the price will fall further, almost certainly into the supportive zone nearby. After such a long bullish move consisting of hundreds of pips, a deep pull back is natural and does not suggest the end of the bullish trend.
There is a long-term strongly bullish trend and I maintain a bullish bias. However, there is key U.S. data due later which may surprise the market and lead to a sharp move in the price of this instrument in any direction.

Not at my computer. What's the 4h/1d volume looking like for that spike up? Seems like it was a busy day. If it was then bulls are about to get mauled.

Bears incoming.

I'd say at most price will rise to 1250 then being to climb down and end week below week open, setting up next week for a bearish week overall.

The big bears already let it surge up 100-pips Monday morning so that they could begin the slaughter. This is just them relaxing for the afternoon since the bulls are trying to stampede off the cliff anyway.

why? I had 3 short positions today, always reach 15-25 pips, but all kicked out in BE. (And i lost minimal comm and spread.)
I think, i have to scalp in the future. Long term sucks.

You hit B/E and now you get to put in a 4th short at a better price. Sounds like a good deal to me.

I spent the entire day scalping(+5%) just to end up at BE at this exact moment. You're fine.

In D1-prev candles and s/r, the price stopped in fibo 50%, so have a chance the short. (I always trade from 50% backtest point.)

EURUSD seems to be still in the building process of the right shoulder on H1 chart. As long as 1.1230 resists the H&S pattern will be valid.
