Well since i shorted "and still holding" from 1.108 i'm still in haha! but i'm crying at home atm - freaking bulls charging through every single one of my sell signals haha being down 40+% at max hurts :'(

Euro up gold up and oil up. Gold is a hegde to a lower USD. Gold 1 january 1131 and up almost 13% since then. Euro 1 january 1bouth 1.035 and up 8 % since then. Gold had it retrament from 1275 to 1214 last week abouth and I tnink it will og for a New high above 1275 soon

One new lesson for you.

There is a misconception where people believe specific pairs are statically correlated to each other. That is not the case. There are cycles in the market and some of these cycles can overlap for pairs or differ. In case of your analogy where you state your "have you ever seen" case I can easily show that there are situations where you are bullish on eurusd and bearish on gold.. It might be rare but it happens a lot of times.

See weekly chart comparing EURUSD and Gold.. as you can see there are long periods where they are running against each other. I hope it corrects this misconception.

Same here! I hit a pretty high MAX DD so far also. My signals are always really solid too. Been a strange few days that got it off the short signal trend in a strange way for sure.

No "official" short signal on the 4hr with my stuff yet, but I'm still from before.

Think it was a combo of the Trump issues, ECB good data, the US slight disappoint which made the rate increase watch stuff fall from 85 to 65, and the fact that the US FED did some strange QE lite operation a few days ago that might have just ended yesterday (?). My guess is the raise still happens and they are/were "making room" for the USD to have space to run up again.

Looks like 1.10985 needs to break for the BEARS. Should/Could possibly be STRONG LONG support...

This happens when there is risk off in the market but usually is gold a hegde towards a lower USD. Earlier USD was the safe heaven and then we coud see the USD rise and the gold rise. Now it loos as if euro has become the safe heaven so then it is more correlated than before but not parallell the same days

Gold needs to pay respect 1266.6
Move up needs one more push
1x1.618 gives 1267.49 for reverse down
just doesn't seem right and merely a last hope
for a trapped bull.
