Answer is:
That's attribute of MT4, no restrictions from EA side. I observed, that Trade Comment can be maximum 31 characters.Don't forget that EA will add additional characters to User Trade Comment - No. of basket and basket sequence as: ...._66001_1. You must count it for Trade Comment length.
That can helps to each other.

Here is update on Monthly Baskets opened at 02.05. 2017, 08.00GMT.
It goes from very nice ~5500 pips to ~3200 pips after NFP, now returning back above 5000 pips!

Anyone else having problems with the EA opening orders at the GMT timeframe listed? Can't seem to work out why it's not opening orders, opened okay yesterday but not opening today..

First thing first, just want to say a BIG thank you to FOREXPINBAR and XMESS7. This is a life changing for myself and a lot of people.
I am usually very quiet on the thread but I read it. I trade and talk a lot with AGAGUKALEX and we are everyday blown away about the efficient of the system.
These guys show you the mountain where the gold is. So climb a little and dig. Have a clear objective of how many profits you want to make and manage your account.
Right now, is like having a brand new Ferrari and the only thing we have to choose is the tires. Do you want to be more effective in the straight lines or in the curves?
So, for the newbies, do your homework and show a little bit of gratitude for these guys who work so hard. Don't look for the shortcut in a private message. Read, practice and try differents settings for YOUR objectives. The first reason why people don't achive there goals, is because of a lack of having one...

Maximum drawdown for all this 4 baskets was only about 200pips together!!
On real trading, probably i used profitlock at somewhere ~75% and it means that baskets will be already closed at now about ~4300 pips
But at real trading probably will not start TT basket.
Observations shows to us, that TT is very often as ForexPinBar said - regular looser
I open it only too see how it goes and what can we do for it.
Without TT the result is now somewhere about 6500pips!

I noticed the same problems, some baskets sometimes not opened, i see that from versions 36+.
But it could be all the time, but i didn't noticed that.
I think that will be some bug at EA timer which sometimes jumpover starting time by second.....
