Can someone please explain the what the setting for trade mode (Weekly or Daily) does in the ea if the CCFp-Diff_[v2.0](1).ex4 indicator is set to 10080 ?

Weekly 7 days x 24 hours x 60 minutes = 10080
Daily 24 hours for 60 minutes = 1440

Hi everyone have been useing the ea for 3-4 weeks with great results but never really used the virtual basket, can anyone confirm does it only work on the Daily settings? ie if you set it to daily will it open on the daily time ? or does it have to be set to weekly, the right day and time etc? thanks

The vBasket opens exactly as a regulqr basket. So u canet it too weekly or daily whichever. All it does is open like a real basket except it has the ability to trigger open a real basket when it reaches the level u told it to trigger from.

Mode weekly, trade once a week
Mode daily, trade every day

Yes. Set TradeMode=true and in the daily section set the hour (GMT) you want it to open a basket.

The EA identifies a basket using the magic number and trade comment. Unless u can emulate what the trade comments have u cannot manual trade a basket and expect the EA to recognize it.

think of Trade level as a filter. The higher the number the less pairs are selected.

Opened this morning, 7gmt, had to close manually after losing a good part of the profit. This trade was set to daily mode false , false. The other weekly basket is still running with +730pips, hope to leave it till friday.

hi interaliam,

yes i use 10080 TF which is a weekly time frame and use it to trade everyday which open at 0800 gmt and close when either SL or TP is hit. if it doesnt hit either one. it will close the trade at 2350 gmt. hope that helps

TF , FF , FT

Trade Level 6
TF , FF , FT

Trade Level 7
TF , FF , FT

Trade Level 8
TF , FF , FT

Trade Level 9
TF , FF , FT

Trade Level 10
TF , FF , FT

Baskets will be closed on Friday minutes before NY closes.

Xmess,

Can you please advise of the setting of the ea when going live. Is there anything that I need to be aware in the settings when live trading ?

got confused about all this tf,ff,ft etc ,and i see now you use MTF version of ccfp right?
