from my understanding, "nothing" can be in 2 situation.

1. "nothing" inside yellow
2. "nothing" outside yellow.

if "nothing" inside yellow, we will wait for "trend"
if "nothing" outside yellow, we will wait for "notrend"

the uses of "nothing" is to :

1. get out of the market, take profit or cut loss.
2. to stay away from market and wait only for "trend" or "notrend"

to identify "nothing":
1. if its a downtrend, you will wait for price touching white1 to enter position, only pay attention to white 1. if the angle of white 1 are higher/slightly higher, close your position. the line will look like this " / "
2.if its an uptrend, you will wait for price touching white2, only pay attention to white 2. if the angle of white 2 are lower/slightly lower, close your position. the line will look like this " \ ".

please correct me if im wrong, i will edit it fast.

I agree , Shanghai Composite looks good for at least a bounce up to 3300 from this support area .... so a good entry point here.
Do you have to recommend any particular stocks ?

my understanding of "nothing" based on previous examples of liun is, when, after you enter (for buy),the price will closed below white1 ...and vice versa for sell. thus you only have lose small pip or BE. Liun will correct me if im wrong.
