Plan to open long from 108.80 / 108.25 / 107.90. Target 50-100 pips.

In control now but this is a Monday, quite often Monday is day to trap some bulls and shake out weak shorts before there is a drop.

Perfectly ok to position long with good stops in place but I am waiting for more confirmation before changing bias to bullish

edit - Im not an algo as im so slow to respond haha

In about 13minutes, we have U.S. TIC Net Long-Term Transactions data.

From investing.com:
Treasury International Capital (TIC) Net Long-Term Transactions measures the difference in value between foreign long-term securities purchased by U.S. citizens and U.S. long-term securities purchased by foreign investors. Demand for domestic securities and currency demand are directly linked because foreigners must buy the domestic currency to purchase the nation's securities.
A higher than expected reading should be taken as positive/bullish for the USD, while a lower than expected reading should be taken as negative/bearish for the USD.

I think this move up generates more selling opportunity in coming days, in my view the smart guys want this move up to sell better price...

One thing to note also, whenever we have broken a major round number we have gone to the one below it. so i think we're heading for 108 at some point.. it could take longer then we think.

Perhaps a boost can come from data, but bad data is bound to mess shit up too.

Hmmm. Data is always tricky. On the calendar of investing.com, they rated it two stars. I think we saw a small jump. There are some other data, market could be taking time to digest. I don't know lol. Sometimes data has huge impact, sometimes, they don't even though it is expected that they do.

Nice! I closed my long at 109.00.. now I turned to the darkside and short at 108.98 shooting for the bulls stops under recent lows.

Finally some bullishness! I went to bed with orders to buy and sell, wasn't sure what would happen, but this is a nice surprise!

I Hope this begins a rally to 112 as I am still holding longs from 110-111 area.

Alternatively I'm ready for a deeper inflection point at 107.6-8 which is what my chart was predicting so far.
