Thanks for the clarity..Obviously you only set up EA V27 to trade alignment of D1 and W1 signals at 8:20AM GMT..What happens if there is no alignment of D1 and W1 signals at 8:20GMT?

FPB,

You answered your own question in a way - no alignment - no list of proposed trades - no list of proposed trades - no trades . Remember that the EA only trades what is shown in the indicator at the time you set it to start, in my case 8:20 GMT, so if there are no trade suggestions then there are no trades. It is the indicator that controls things, the EA simply acts on the list based on what you have set it to do - basket single daily weekly etc etc.

No problem Yes a very specific one actually. I like to let the first 20 minutes of the session go as this tends to establish a direction as most of the trading desks have set their opening positions by then so you often get a specific direction after the first 10 minutes or so. I to do the same with the dax and London opens also when I trade certain instruments. Currently I am looking to enter 20 minutes after Frankfurt opens.

It probably does not make a lot of difference it is really just old habits of mine I will most likely start testing again when xmess7 finalizes the EA - it is great for entries that's for sure - a lot faster than I can open them anyway!

Whilst I have read the thread I'm still working out in my own mind how it works. It doesn't matter too much as I will stick to your initial settings using it daily. I will close manually at my discretion.

Got myfxbook up and running as of today - not much point posting it with one day but will post the link next week. I'm keeping the setting the same every day otherwise it would be pointless. Only difference of course will be the exit points.

If I haven't answered the initial question ask again. Really like the ea/indi - thanks to yourself and xmess (and of course Ferru).

Edit: EA settings for tomorrow - I'm in the UK and broker times are too. Be quiet with holiday but I'll run it anway.

It is good for entries agree.

The 20 minutes is a good idea as by 8.20 am London most pre-market orders have been filled and the same with Frankie.
Just out of interest ....

I go quiet now and just watch - but for those starting out just read the thread it's all there.

Obviously you are not using MTF version of the CCF-Diff indicator..Sometimes its important that you read a question carefully before answering..In the screenshot is how the CCFp-Diff MTF version looks like..However , thanks for sharing.

Update v36.3

I went ahead and added a comments field to the chart display. Now you can enter your comments of indicator settings and stuff like that for all to see.
NOTE: if you reload the EA the comments will erased and you will need to type them in again.
Also the EA now tells you in the title if you are in Weekly or Daily mode

This version includes the fix to keep the max/min on after the basket has closed

Added the ability for the user to use a range of hours. The user can now select a range that the EA can use to open a basket.
if feature is set to false the EA will use GMTOpenHour. If set to True the EA will use the HourSwing that the user indicates. (XX:xx - XX:xx)

I came along posted trying to to be helpful but what a waste of time. I'm not convinced you understand the system yourself. Anyway I am away for good back to making real money.

Hi FPB,

These results are for MTF in Daily mode? (Daily open - Daily Close at 19). Because i see 3 and 5 trades....
Or What style?

Here are the trades for next week...I have put the diffs between the brackets for showing how different the values are! Also in calculation the CCPF Diff indicator CUTS at 10 for strength....me not...that s how the values are....
I took the best 3 pairs for trading or pairs with higher values....but will also calculate best settings....
