Ff it gets back over 111.33 I can see this getting to 111.70 area.
In my humble opinion, with the climb above 111, USD/JPY has turned bullish, at least in the short term.

Took long at 111.33 wili hold for few days till around 114 area
Please keep in mind, that the gap just below 110 should be closed. Question is: when and from what level will they drop?

EDIT... as I said But never expected that fast reaction
I would go short now, but I'm finished for this week, I guess.

Long from 110.60/70. Hope for 111.10 or more. Before was good long from 110.30/50 to 111.27. Lets see what happens now.

The Fundamentals are finally catching up to the market. The Bank of Japan is not increasing the bond purchases and almost all the rate increases (if not all) have been priced into the US dollar already. Effects are fading and I would not be surprised if the dollar tanks again even on a big NFP number.

..Interesting to see how the price has chopped around the gap zone (highlighted by the grey rectangular box).

We now have a Bear Flag Sequence in play which in theory should be the nail in the coffin and send UJ finally to target under 109.80.

If it doesn't, I for one will be closing out the remainder of my short entries

Closed two trades @ 110.40 and now USD/JPY going up... Left 4 other long trades and have choise - close them @ 111.00 or wait till 111.80/112.00. Yesterday was very sharp drop and afraid that it can continue today.
If price was @ 108.00, wherehave to be good fibonacci level support for longs, then no problem, but now... don't want to keep loss till 108.00, if pair falls lower.

Ok. This time I don't have arguments for longs, only psihological support level @ 110 and two fx reviews, where suggest to try to go long. Moving all SL to 110.60. Time will show what I get - small (positive SL) or good (price reach TP @ 111.80) profit. =)

In fairness - its been a slow drag down and I believed we'd see a dip under 110 some time ago. That target remains intact (for me at least) but I've unwound my position favouring EUR crosses instead..UJ was only 40 pips or so away whereas other set ups showed 200 -400 pips to a target level..What do 'ya do..

Markets are Irrational
Sell usd/jpy @110.93.
Stop 111.28.
Profit target 110.30.
Would loved to have seen this on the M15 so i can get back into a buy mode but it quickly flipped back to positive above the pivot.
