The UK moves their clocks forward 1 hour on the last Sunday in March every year and they move their clocks back 1 hour on the last Sunday in October. GMT never changes so to account for London moving their clocks, we have to adjust the GMT time for London's openning. From the Last Sunday in October through the Last Sunday in March, London opens at 08:00 GMT which is also the local time in London. From the last Sunday in March through the last Sunday...Ignored
