Humans are naturally hardwired to avoid and detest uncertainty.
USD/JPY reached a high of 112.20 yesterday and is now trading at 111.60. The pair could not get over the resistance and bears took control. First support is now seen at 111.20.
The bulls trend has begun Yen is weak. Going for 113 first. A good Friday correction to lows like 111 is pretty welcome. Happy Friday

When I first came into FX, I thought this pair would be the most commonly traded pair, but of course, I was wrong. Nonetheless, I still thought this pair would be more commonly traded..

We're below 111.50 again...bears may start attacking again. Won't be surprised to see it close in low 30s region.

Why do you agree that it's valid? Reason for asking is so I can figure out how detailed or simplified to make my explanation.

Based on your chart, there seems to be an upward channel. Not perfect thou, thats what made me slightly confused. On my chart, the swing low you have predicted is roughly where my 200ema is. That might provide an area of support. Also partly why Im curious as to your reasoning is my desire for constant learning. Heh
