Hi Manasvi, Mostly yes , but not sure about tonight, it could be tomorrow , but it's very likely to get there due to several indicators such RSI on 4H is oversold and inverse hammer formation and so forth

How in the world could you go long right now, even scalping! I'm not one to predict reversals, but this is eye popping. You're crazy I'm fixing to put my hands in the air and ride down this slide... Too early to tell, but on a longer term I'll predict a ride down to 1.062.

Certainly looks bearish. Dollar index (if stays above 99) + Dow looking good to fill gap now also so certainly a potential top for a bit but ill wait till it confirms on my charts before jumping in as missed the obvious 1.09 short. I'm gonna try take couple days off forums as spending to much time on FF, good luck peepz.

Hi Curren,

I understand that a true Harami requires a minimum of 13 candles after the gap (see Thomas Bulkowski - Encylopedia of Candle Charts); however there is certainly strong resistance around 1.08795 and the long wick on the daily candle indicates bullish exhaustion at that level... I also understand that it is common for the previous trend to continue following a period of consolidation after the Harami. Is it possible that we may see a small correction followed by bullish continuation?

Hi AWM,

i have been monitoring the FX markets for the past 15 years now , and managed to get enough database on various price actions and trends probability scenario correlation .. each circumstances in the FX trading is unique and back testing is usually do not result in 100% accuracy .. However , whenever you predict a certain outcome such as the one with bearish Harami, you must also get a confirmation with another 1-2 indicators such as MA or billingers or Fibs or RSI and so forth ... the catch is that you cannot conclude about any possible outcome unless you wait it out and monitor and sometimes test the market with a small Lott size just for the purpose gathering information ... having said that , to answer your question whether can this be a price correction after a strong bullish move , the answer yes of course ... but the bearish harami on top of MA 200 nullifies that hypothesis to a probability of zero ... which means correction is not on the cards ... it's a definite reversal to downward , benchmarking that with support and resistance levels with downward moving channel give you additional confirmation on reversal ... so what are the chances for continuation to upward trends , the chances are given only if there is a structural impact due to a major structural influence on the currency movement , I find them absent as of now ...
