Good to see you posting again. Quite turbulent in your absence. Yes your system makes consistent profits, this coming from an avid NewsTrader devoted to trading Cable.
For example today at 9:37 am eastern, I shorted AUD/NZD at 1.1757; I exited at 1.1727 at 11:54 am eastern. 30 pip profit on a currency pair I've never studied but followed your system (5,12,18,28 emas), using the 12 instead of the 8 ema. No fibos, no Vegas, just straight-up Sidus.

Thanks a lot. Do you get better results using 12 EMA instead of 8? I'm thinking of changing the 8 into 12, because this works better for me.

I want to thank Sidus for this kick ass method -- I seriously believe this baby is going to help me achieve financial independence.
Anyway, I will write a little bit about my experiences with the original Sidus method as well as attach an mt4 I made.
I've been lurking this thread for awhile and have read every single post up to about page 75 of this thread. I used Bago's method at first, because of the "newer is better" mentality. Unfortunately, I got chopped up pretty badly (I always trade live btw), and have since reverted to the original Sidus. What I found out is that it gives the many of the same good signals of my old method of trading (CCI 50 + EMA 34 aka 5034 method from tradershaven.net), but it has far less bad trades. I did my own experimenting and found that crosses on the zero line of the CCI50 corresponded to crosses of the RSI21, so I programmed both into my MT4 file to as a filter for the Sidus signals. I have been using this for entries with excellent results on 1 hr. chart on usd pairs, and am experimenting using 4 hr. charts on jpy pairs. For exits, I exit based on absolute fibonacci (http://www.leftbraintrading.com/). Absolute fibonacci is pretty cool, because... you just don't know why it works, but it does. o_O Same reason why fibonacci works in nature for no apparent reason? *shrug* Left brain trading has an mt4 file, but since he's making his livelihood selling his $30 book + mt4 file (a steal imho), I don't feel at liberty to post it here.
Anyway, here is the mt4 that I made for the Sidus method. Credits are given in at the beginning of the file to Sidus as well as the person I used the mt4 file as a template. It detects when the wma's cross the tunnel (arrows) as well as when the tunnel crosses (dots) and is filtered by both RSI and CCI. If you want to remove the filters, just delete the lines that look like this:
RSI > 50 &&
CCI > 0 &&
and recompile or save it and reload metatrader. You can set it so that it gives sound alerts and/or e-mail alerts. Note that you have to turn on sound alerts ("Alerts" input) to get e-mail alerts (sorry, too busy trading it to program it further).
I hope this mt4 file can help someone out like how it has helped me -- and Sidus, thank you thank you thank you, and thank you for coming back to this thread! Hopefully I can quit being a lab rat soon (scientific researchers get paid less than toilet scrubbers btw). Looking forward to Sidus v2!

this is my first post at forexfactory... I was reading your posts last couple of days, got to page 16 and then skipped to the last.
Sidus (12 EMA instead of 8 EMA + 21 RSI) system is nice and simple.
I did get some ideas about entry and exit points, I didnt do a lot of testing because I was very busy but I think they could be helpfull:
1. entry point - besides MA crossing, I think it is good to use additional horizontal RSI lines, 45 and 55. So, for long, enter is 5 and 12 EMAs cross AND RSI cross 55 line from below.For short is vice versa... I also noticed that it is good to use two charts, for example, 1H chart for general enter point and 15M for precise enter point.
2. exit point - Problem with MA crossing system (Parabolic SAR also) is that you can get to the same point where you started the position although there was a nice profit between two crosses which was not taken. One solution is trailing stop, another is to set target and wait ( also good to take some profit on the run, like 50% at 10 pips, another 25% at 20 and so on..) and the third one is (if I remember correctly, please check it) to wait when RSI crosses 50 line (or 55 and 45
, i really do not remember).
