Sidus-EMA RSI & Sidus V3 indicators that need to be fixed

Does anyone know how to fix these two indicators or at least get one to work properly and email me? The Sidus-EMA RSI Filter repaints and doesnt show all the arrows when the RSI is crossed, I dont see a box where you can set the RSI either. The email works though! LOL! The Sidus V3 indicator seems to work for the most part, but it doesnt send you an email. Im basically looking for an indicator when the 5 & 12 ema cross and the RSI is broken through at a setting of 21 and level of 50. Is this difficult to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was told that I needed to post the mq4. file if I wanted a programmer to look at the indicators posted. Isnt the Sidus V3 indicator that I posted an mq4 file? The Sidus V3 is a nice indicator but it will not email? Does anyone know how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks again for your help. The indcator is working, just had a couple of questions. When it emails me, it always says sell and never buy, and doesnt say the pair either. Not really a big deal, can live with it & have been, just wondering if it can be fixed. Also, can we change the name of the indicator to something else? How much of an influence do the ema settings play with the rsi cross? Can we make it so that it alerts just on the RSI cross, or is it doing that now? Let me know what you think.

Hi Dan,

You are right, indicator always says sell in alert and email. Please replace it with attached file.

You can change indicator name to any name.

I added setting in indicator properties named MailSubject. This allow you to use custom subject.

Ema settings don't affect RSI cross, but it affect the cross.

Tried indicator - it works great! I Put it on one minute chart & it emailed me with pair name and buy alert!!! How do I change name? Also, does arrow alert because of rsi crossing ? Or does ema play a factor in setting as well? Not sure I understand what you said above....

To change name, open windows explorer, change indicator file name to any file. but i suggest to keep the file name to respect the author.

up arrow : when ema(15) cross ema(34) from below, and rsi > 50
down arrow: when ema(15) cross ema(34) from above, and rsi < 50

Ok, Now I understand how it works. There are other indicators out there like EMA & RSI CROSS, but none that really work right- SIDUS V3 is just another example, but you have it fixed..Great Work!!!

I notice it will send an email before the candle is closed, should we fix it so that it sends on candle close? Not sure how it is programmed with this.

Another question--how about if I didnt want any of the ema's to play a role in the indicator, and just wanted to know about the RSI cross, is that possible with what we have now?

One last & most important thing- SIDUS METHOD was 5 & 8 cross and then Bagovino came along & modified it to a 5 & 12 cross with the rsi @ 21 crossing the 50 for entrys...I dont know what the deal is with the 15 & 34, probably for another time frame, but this was nothing that SIDUS ever said...Part of the reason why I wanted to edit the name, I want to use it for other ema crosses or just as a confirmation that there is momentum in the market with an RSI cross...

Hi Sangmane,

I've compared the sidus_v3_email with the version I have (Sidus_mod v.3).

The alert in sidus_mod is broken; constant ringing and no window to ecplain which action on which pair. So your sidus_v3_email is much better, considering the alert.

Is it possible for you and are you willing to build this into the version I have attached here. I would like to continue using this one as it gives me an earlier arrow. I tweaked the email version but could get near what the mod version gives.

I would be very greatfull if you could manage this for me and others.

If have modified (and renamed) the version by sangmane:
more alertmethods (push/sound) added, made more parameters external, made the rsi-filter optional

1. TNX FX! MQL4 ver for this too maybe?
2. If i enable RSI filter in settings, then it stop repaints? correct?
3. I noticed arrow comes some times after cross and its already late... Anyway correct it?

the filter has nothing to do with repainting. If rsi>UpRsiGreaterThan and the filter is enabled, it is valid, if rsifilter is not enabled then it does not matter what the rsi-value is.

Anyway ensure there is no repaint of the arrows in this indie please?

I think it does not repaint, but not 100% sure because I did not have a closer look.

And, btw -> For example, if you have lost 99% of your capital using repainting-indicators, do you think you will make 99% profit if the same indicator would not repaint? indicators can help you to confirm your trading decision, that is it ...
