Hi Guys,

This is from yesterday trades. I did not open 2 trades as per original rules but i will be trading in demo from monday and then once i am comfortable i will move to live...this is live account screen shot. UJ trade was different strategy i used so that is not the part of this strategy...

Are these orders based on bk8's d1 strategy? If so, 1stly it is very encouraging and I better start looking harder for the set ups...

I didn't. i was up 80% and then wiped it all out. I backtested afterwards to see what the issue was and i found that the Risk Reward Ratio has to be just right for it to work. Don't take huge candles as a signal for example.

I see on the forum some people don't trade mondays and fridays.
In the old dayes here, one person said in his reply, that he didn't trade on mondays.
I don't really have the skill to count that out.
Do you have a meaning on that?

While I do not think this is a bad trade I do not think it fits in with BK8's rules.

Ie. No daily cross since 3 days ago, touching upper band and candles side by side.

However I have taken the trade earlier today unrelated to this strategy.

All my cj trades have been wrong. Mid bb seems to have been the resistance. Since TDi also seems to indicate short as also bk8 d1 set up, I thought it would be correct. Was the set up valid yesterday? I am trying to fig out if I am seeing it incorrectly? Any light will help...

Should I have waited for it to cross mid bb, before jumping in?
