Ok, I'm not the specialist in that programming stuff. I had to ask for this myself. Two well-known reasons for such an error:

1. There's a hidden sheet in your workbook
2. There is a 2nd instance of M$ Excel in the same process running.

Solution for case 1: Unhide the sheet
Solution for case 2: Every new instance of M$ Excel must run in its own process

The grey square belongs to the arrow. Just play a bit with the colours and you will see for yourself.

I installed an older version of excel and that come default So it's not possible to the newest version of excel, I like the design more, but I like even more the advantages of the newest versions

However, the MT4 is not taking the order, what needs to be adjusted?

Hello brother Aromos. Happy to see it worked for you. Which of the named solutions was helpful? For your next problem we need some more details because it's very hard to find out what causes the very thin described problem since we do not have our crystal ball at hand all the time.

But first of all you always should try to help yourself by searching and reading the thread. I'm almost 100% sure you'll find the solution inside this thread.

Ok guys, here we go with a nice example how trading makes sense and should work for all of us.

USDJPY in a long trend. The GAP, look at the pin of the m30 candle, was strong enough for a sell signal.

The GAP HEATMAP clearly shows a rising JPY while the USD is falling. On the CSM USD still remains the top two but on the GAP HEATMAP it was fallen in all TFs from M5 to H4. The result is a nice counter trade with a TP of 6.2 Pip.

CADJPY was running in a small range of 3 Pip. However, the BOT recognized the small GAP as a sell signal and has opened an order. On the M30 chart we cannot see the range like here on M1 chart.

Our results for the month of March are brilliant again so far.

On the right side of the screen the "Momentum" is indicated. Since it's almost not possible for humans eyes to determine all the changes, the BOT does it pretty well. With every 1/100 of those numbers we see the price of a pair rising or falling. The more green...


Could be good(?) to measure the Momentum with the standard formula:

  1. Choose a predetermined period X (Standard value is 14, although a value of 8 or 9 tends to be more sensitive);
  2. Calculate Close1 as the closing price for the current bar;
  3. Calculate CloseX as the closing price X bars ago;
  4. MOMENTUM = 100 x (Close1/CloseX)

using Accelerator values instead of Close1/CloseX

This logic is good. We cannot get Close from a DDE feed. How can we do tick by tick speed this way? Accounting for spread is a challenge.

That's correct, because it is not an indicator and not an ea but a script and it belongs into the script folder.
