GN Holding top of range, GU low of range and NU continuing down trend but running into heaving buying area.

Im only in the NU and GN trades but GU looking to setup soon in this area unless we get another political rhetoric.

Iron Ore prices still coming off.

I agree with this guy to a point and think we will get a response just like Coking Coal. There is over supply of steel and that has to re-balance sooner or later with increase offshore production ramping up. My position to take the trade is on the more conservative trade AC.

First chart is AU and Iron, followed by Iron and Coking

The data is there and spiking all over the place but for me a look at history will show mostly that both, Commodities and bonds turn 6 to 12 months prior to correction in equities. This is rational argument based on commodities hitting inflation, bonds yields increasing on inflationary data and money starting to exit equities for the treasury yields. I think its a simple equation with 10 year treasury yields seeing the flow of money moving away from equities and into bonds on higher yields. For me the magic number is 3%.

No dessert for either.

Had a Short go down on AN too. No big deal in itself but highly likely that would have been positive if in the chair. For me there is no substitute for seeing the whites of the markets eyes. It was a limit.

Hi Stu I pulled out of all my AN trades today. I suspect its final destination is the 110 but not enough there anymore for me at the moment.

I see you and Ben are in AC. Good Luck.

That black line might be something to consider going forward, it had a 4 or 5 week running jump at it before it went through so may not give it up too easy ?
