i always get bloody nervous every time it gets near 0.76 close off positions and wait for rebound to short again

Rule 1 if everone is short believe, it will rise up a couple hours from this actual level to fullfill positions to go short before news..I think blindly peerhaps but 0.7600 is a key to watch excited

Because of Aud/Nzd divergence failing to increase and now decreasing, i'm changing my tp here lower. This pair now has a great risk reward for me .. as for NZD keeping tp at 0.697

Now that the prices are both going down you can see a major resistence in Audusd at around 0.7388 (where the primary main target was 0.75) and Nzd has its 1st major Sup at 0.70 and a 2nd one at 0,688. Considering the divergence Both currencies have and the rejection of the breakout on audnzd i Increased my tp from 0.75 to 0.7388 While keeping Nzdusd tp only at 0.70

Price passed the point of 0.76071. At the moment, the main Target 0.75772.

your rule nr 1 should be to ignore what everyone does unless you have a reliable source you can refer to.

Just a quick review of this down move...

I used only 2 zones for this, zones A and C (previously known as CC AND TT)
What's common with the zones? everytime price tested those zones it left wicks - paired candles and singular. We never broke above A so no need to long this pair. This was probably the greatest a/u levels I've ever had, even though this pair sucks horse shit. Might work on it a little.

You are right, but I did point a level till the news to watch , so news were good for USd and the pair continued to fell...now the pair is out of his range area in H1 clearly to see...Maybe you have an idea what is best possible scenario next in 24 H because I can not wage the power of this fall exactly , it would greatly help me..thanks

Looking towards 75 level over the next week before the us fed in 2 weeks. Short term, it could just bounce around 7550 or retrace to 76 , I'll leave
that to others. On an off topic note, an article this a.m. in reuters discusses the possible re-entry of more forex broker competition in the US. Worth
checking out.

Hey guys what analaysis did guys use to determine the drop off in the aud yesterday ? Been trading under a year now got caught blinded sided by that move. Think i need to learn some technical analysis. Cheers

Smicko i personally only trade aud when i see its getting overpriced consodering its retative commodities, but this time the moment the rate hike on us became emmiment you have to realize : 1 higher rates on safe heaven coins means lower prices for alternative coins (metals) besides higher demand for the coin + higher dollar. Add high dollar to the fact aud correlates with gold and silver, you get that reaction. But to be honest i have been trying to get this move for more than a week now.. i was in reds for a while depends on your style ..

Just watch ressistance level and where the price rejected, then just put a simple limit order to execute... and a bit of patterns theory for placing target

Ya this is the only pair i trade. Been following iron prices and gauging where it was going from there.should have seen it coming i suppose it was making lower lows on the 4hr chart. Wiped out most of my profit for the week.
