First: no I didn't clock this speech because I never listen to party conference drivel, and it was October 2015 somewhat before the heat was turned up.
Second: This doesn't sound very Bremoaning "Immigrants are stealing your job, making you poorer and ruining your country. Never mind the facts, just feel angry at foreigners. And make me Conservative leader."
Third: thank you for the lesson, please accept my apologies for being a dumb-ass.

Ha ha yes we do Jim.. Jen will love this one. When my kids were really young I switched school, as when I went to sports day, the kids all won for taking part. Seriously I mean no actual races !! Throwing bean bags to one another. So in my view it failed right there and then. I went to a school few miles further away asked to see head. Asked about the schools approach to sports. He was old school and said it's important they understand there is competition in many aspects of life, not exposing them to that because they are young is silly.

Edit: thinks kids were about 6/7 at the time

Anyway with the forthcoming elections Netherlands, France etc it may all be academic and we could be back to pre 1973 and back to the usual humdrum of domestic politics.

What's even more distressing is I'm analysing a motorway crash at 9:30 on a Friday evening

It was the Beamers fault. He was beyond the point you can leave those 2 inner lanes, the solid white line crossed and that makes him/her a tool.At that time 2 inner (exit) lanes would have been crawling and outer moving ok.
He/she would still be a tool if driving a Reliant Robin, probably even more so !

No, no, he was just on the dashed lines. The yellow car was in the middle lane and moved across. But it shows BMWs are so much sturdier, even a little Z4.
