Totally agree with Dutchy Daxy. I'm on the same opinion.
The current surge of DAX seems somehow unrealistic. In my opinion it is based on the correlation with Dow Jones.
Based on indication h1 upper bollinger, there is possibility for test 20100, but below the price there will be second cross sma 50/200. During the crossing first cross sma 50/100 is the top of the current bullish flag, so logically on the second cross there will be corrective wave, in my opinion 19980. Also there is already double top, clearly visible on h4. I think to enter with short from current price 20080, tp 19980.

Last week, and quite some time, there was no difference in value between the two, and usually there is a diff. in value.
(Currently seems like Cash is 4-5 pts above futures.)
Anyways, closing prices on Jan 31 on futures and on cash are off for 30 points.
While cash closed right at the bottom of the day, at 11,535:
Futures closed at 11,565 (candle tail clearly visible) - and that gap was filled today.
That happens, but cash and futures closes are usually not that much apart for each other.

Total available time for trading is a different thing, futures was almost 11,600 at 22:00 Jan 31.
What I was pointing to, is that there is sometimes a larger difference between the closes, and that is completely natural, since you can't trade the Index - Index value is calculated from the stocks that are in it, but when majority of traders push futures hard, that value will not follow index to the tick. So, gap to the futures close (or settlement) of 11,565 is closed, but gap to the cash index close of 11,535 is not closed.
So, here are the values for Jan31... Underlying closing price = cash index close = 11,535
Settlement for current Mar 17 contract = 11,565
So, basically they take RTH close for everything.

Added second short DAX, for today from 11600, tp 11540.
Based on indication from lower bb 2:10 daily, the exact support is 11500, but I'm not greedy
, just a little 
. Of corse I will watch for 11540 support, if DAX break this support, I will hold to 11516.
