So it's time to think before we de-valuate the dollar.
FED hike is not just a talk, but the problem is that USA doesn't really want a strong dollar. But USA imports a lot of technology and building parts for their car industry from Germany France and U.K. So their life will not get better with a weaker dollar.

On the other side:
ECB will not allow stronger euro and will inforce immediate actions to answer if the dollar gets weak. But here is another problem. Communication and electronic companies use china made equipment and parts and weaker euro will render their business unprofitable.

So what to do?! It's a mess. Making war proves as the most lucrative business, but this is not what we want.

I think that for the euro zone it will be easier to make the euro weaker than for USA make the dollar weak.

On the monthly chart of the euro there is a completed Head and Shoulders formation already in progress.

That means that the EUR/USD could drop to $0.90, according to the measured move concept for such chart patterns.

Are you tracking the EURNZD this week? It looks tradable for the week. The pair is disposed southwards. All the technicals on the weekly, daily and 4H time frames support a bearish disposition for the pair. An ascending triangle has formed on the 4H time frame and the price action action is operating in a descending channel within it.
