Hi AKT/anyone within the thread, had a loss this week, mind reviewing this trade? doing my weekly review atm, and found that the zones I've taken were valid, needed a second opinion.

Hi all and to you AKT I have just done analysis on Gold more for the sake of accuracy on my zones and the correctness of this zones. I found the weekly the hardest to analyse due to some congestion in the middle section of the chart. All feed back would very much appreciated. AKT I will email you to be added to the seminar lists if that's ok with you? I know you have a lot of people already attending these free seminars.
I have attached weekly , daily and 4 hr for analysis . Thank you all so much for your patience and your time.

In a very similar situation I lost a trade in GBPUSD.
I think the answer is that you ought to notice the break of the momentum trendline, which is a divergence in an oscillator.

A second comment is that a retracement usually goes to 50% of the previous wave.

Thank you for your thoughts.

It is important to note that Using fibonnacci in this way is not actually one of the core rules or application of the S.A.D methodology.
However, i know there are many traders using other methodologies who use similar rules.

For S.A.D, it is not a core consideration.

Hello Elios.

Applying the rules within the S.A.D methodology to construct momentum lines is quite different to that shown in the chart you shared.
I have attached a chart with the rules with the methodology for constructing momentum lines.

If i may, as defined within the methodologyAs of the time Tophat trader took the trade, the trend on the daily chart was still up.

We can see the brake of the line on the D1 chart. On the W1 chart the brake is not clear.

Sorry I made a mistake, the trend is up on the daily chart. The question is this "If that line is the weekly momentum trend line, can we think that it is a Resistasnce ? So the price touched the line and then retraced back.

Is this kind of thinking, a part of SAD methodology?

I know TophatTrader found the weekly a bit challenging but i missed the question about a weekly trend line.

What's up traders and Michael I am new to the thread and accidentally stumbled upon this thread trying to find a order block indicator lol. I have some forex friends who trade supply and demand but I never was interested in trading this method. I just started trading order flow and realized Supply and demand and order flow is pretty much tied in together. I have been trading a year and some months now, would of been 2 years but took 8 months off. I was losing more money then I was making so I took a break and for the past two months i have been back to conquer Forex with this methodology that Michael is teaching. I've been studying and watching your videos since Friday, I am now catching up on everything!
