This indicator shows the true value of the product (we keep it now for gold). Above we saw a chart of XAUUSD. That is the price of gold in US dollar. If XAUUSD is moving up how do you can know if it is gold moving or if it is the US dollar? Only if gold is moving do we want to trade it.

The indicator extracts the true value of gold and eliminates the currency (here USD). It handles gold equally as a 9th currency.

Check out these charts with gold price to each of the 8 currencies (XAUNZD missing). For simplicity here with a line chart. Yes correlation exists, but only if gold itself is moving. If USD moves alone the others will not move but if gold moves then all charts will move.



You do not need those exotic pairs in your broker (Like XAUAUD, XAUJPY, XAUGBP.....) The indicator will extract all the needed information.

How to combine speed signals with currency strength...
Here one example
GBPAUD m15 setup

3 Signals:

1. speed (GBP alert + AUD opposit)
2. dGAP (with a recent continuation)
3. Price Action: last high broken (a recent double top)

1) Entry was on Speed alert m15
GBP showed strength speed
AUD was opposite weak
2) CS currency strength showed double-GAP with cross
GBP up and AUD down
3) Price action confirmed with brake of last high (double top)

US30 SHORT H4 setup with Currency Strength
Trading indexes with a very new technique but we already know it with our Forex strategy: selling strength and buying weakness.
Applied to indexes or commodities we look for a Double-GAP. When US-Dollar strength trends in the opposite direction as the chosen product we have strong trade signal.
Here we see USD strength line (red) is up, US30 strength line (golden color) is down.

Back to currency strength:
A stable trend must have waves otherwise if it drops in a straight line it is a falling knife. In the last case you should be in the trade from the beginning or wait for other setup like pullback or reverse.

The first case looks like in this example GBPJPY M5


We have currency initial impulse, strong move GBP-CS with speed.
Followed with continuation of dGAPs which is showing in price action as waves.



This is a stable trend it will last longer and is healthier. Then you can trail SL behind the waves HLs/LHs.

We have a new release of Advanced Supply Demand Indicator.

You can now optimize and edit the supply/demand zone strength for your symbol and time frame! Broken zones will remain visible on chart! The supply/demand traders can use it on its own. For us CS-Traders we will check for a CS speed signal when price hits a zone and trade in CS direction of the higher time frame. The CS signal might tell us the zone will hold or break and we can trade accordingly. The levels can then be used for determination of SL and TP. We aim for a small SL and a bigger TP.
The supply and demand zones are used as an alert trigger. You have the choice of 3 alerts. If the price 1) enters the zone and/or 2) breaks the zone and/or 3) a reversal candle has formed from a zone.

We use the H4 demand zone I posted yesterday as example.
USDJPY entered the demand zone. I added a square manually on the H4 chart of the size of the zone the indicator printed.
Then I changed the TF to m15 and added CS28 and speed. (You can switch to other chart or template.)
We wait for a long signal while price is within the H4 demand zone.
We do not trade a short signal unless the zone is broken clearly.

In this example price has hit the bottom of the zone by -1 pip which happens often.

If you wish you can even get faster signal with m5. Here JPY was at MFib 161 and turned down. USD showed earlier speed signal and repeated it when the bottom of H4 demand was hit. 2 candles later we see the m5 double-GAP and speed alert.

What a coincident? H1 shows us USD was at MFib -161 when price entered the H4 demand zone and turned its direction.
(Those things are NOT coincidents!)

This is opportunity. CURRENCY SPEED big spike on USDJPY M5.

Conditions when supply/demand breaks or holds:

About support/resistance and supply/demand you need to know first one thing: Currency Strength is stronger.
If both base and quote CS push against support/resistance or supply/demand it will break!

Still you can use them as levels for TP and SL or levels for tailing. This is the way we trade. Important price levels exist and it is better than to use fix pips as measure.

If you come from the other way around or you are a supply/demand trader than wait for price enters the zone and observe the currency strength signal in a lower TF. If the price enters a supply/demand of a higher TF and CS of the lower TF is at higher MFib levels and flips with iGAP and speed this is a confirmation the zone will hold and you can trade a pullback.
(Expect with obvious levels that Market Makers are active and like to hunt the SLs. So an overshoot of support/resistance for a view pips might happen.)



In first example (Yellow) we have strong dGAP with outside direction and free room to go from inner zone. Demand zone will break. Currency strength is stronger. Demand breaks for reasons of strong CS pressure.
The short position of the trade was slip in 3 part. 2 positions have been trailed and closed on a pullback. The 3rd position has not been trailed and hit TP. Sometimes it is better not to trail and let the price room to breathe. Or like here split the position. A 50 to 61% pullback of the last high/low can always be expected. Often we see like in this example the space between EUR and CAD was always given.

Don't be married with buy or sell direction. In second example (light blue) CS conditions are different and demand zone is supposed to hold. When CS hit outer MFib levels reversals are likely. Here EUR was at MFib -161 and then started to reverse while CAD was already in the fall.

Today, US President Donald Trump is addressing the US Congress. It is expected that Trump will present the first details of his tax reform. If the high expectations of market participants are not met, the markets are likely to be under considerable pressure.


The plan is to watch with CS-GAP and speed on the M5 chart which currency is bought and which one is sold and trade accordingly. It needs to be strong angle/slope (check speed).
Do trail hard your profits and cut a loss quick. It should go straight away in the direction.
We also expect the markets to be quite before the event.
