How to use Signals with Advanced Currency IMPULSE in agreement of other conditions:

Using high risk/reward (RR) is profitable in the long run. Here SL is 14 pip and TP is 100 pip.
Conditions must meet. Higher TF with the diverging direction of base and quote currency is a must. (Check with the new "Advanced Dashboard for Currency Strength and Speed" if you have!)
Higher TF CS: H4 JPY was falling and GBP rising = BUY GBPJPY. The trend will be valid until higher TF itself will reach OUTER Market Fibonacci levels or price reach H4/D1 SUPPLY zone.
Then the entry is with Impulse signal and agreement of ACS28 (within Market Fibonacci range, Market Fibonacci no extremes, no high C-Volume). (Sell signal on the lower Minute chart are ignored because it is against the trend H4.)
The second trade is added on continuation Impulse signal M5 and exited when ACS28 shows flattening CS-line with inside direction.

NZDUSD M15 and M30


We see the signal button below the M15 column (green=buy).
Confirmation is left column TREND both are >500/<-500.
NZD has higher trend blocks in H4, D, W. Monthly has positive speed.
USD has negative CS in H4, D, W, MN. And negative speed in W, MN.
Except USD D there is no extreme CS values. M1 CS is high there can be small pullback but higher TFs give room.
Also possible to pair USD with CAD but speed with NZD is better.

The trade:
One small TP one open TP with trail (to higher LOWs).
Confirmation last HIGHs broken.

Closed before red news NZD CPI. (With a good reason!)

Very important and often forgotten by beginners look at the higher timeframe! (reference post 49)
Continuing practice with higher timeframe (TF) gives us alternative setups.
Instead of waiting for a strong momentum in the lower TF we use a strong momentum of the higher TF to get trend. (Also this keeps us out of flat market.)
Then we can enter only with the vertical-line of impulse indicator on the lower TF which is a medium momentum.
So, when we have a dGAP in a higher TF then enter on lower TF with a impulse vertical-line.
Below trade example used H1 as higher TF and M5 for lower TF.
Wait first for a dGAP on higher TF with CS slope/angle of about >23/<-23 MFib or speed value with dashboard 23/-23 or stronger.
Then enter on M5 with impulse vertical-line on lower TF as entry. Apply the rest of the rules like ACS28 M5 should not be higher than MFib 100 or lower than MFib -100 in either CS.
SL should be behind a last high or low. TP let open or use 3x of SL, corrected with supply/demand zones and trail SL by higher lows/lower highs.
Use optional exit rules as posted in this thread.
Best time of day is around London Open until +3 hours or when market moves.

More practice how to use the higher timeframe.
ACS28 is here added twice to the chart with a modification of the parameters. The lower sub-window shows the higher timeframe. This is a M5 chart but the zigzag shaped line showing H1 will follow CS when the higher TF candle close. So we can very good see what was the GAP in the higher TF and we will take trades on the lower TF only those which agree in this direction.

4 trade examples from yesterday:

Trade example GBPJPY was in agreement with 4 TFs from M1 until M30 via dashbaord and the speed agreed also on more higher TFs with an iGAP.

Advanced Dashboard for Currency Strength and Speed

A new filter for alerts added. A minimum speed of timeframe-3 is extracted. We want to make sure the trend in the higher timeframe is strong on both sides, which are the base and the quote currency speed.

New input:
+ min SPEED TF3 for alerts (5-23 higher=stronger)

Exclude list for alerts added. This has been requested a few times from customers. If you do not want to receive alerts for pairs like NZDCHF or CHFJPY, then add it to the input with a comma-separated list. Example: NZDCHF,CHFJPY
