technical indicators exist because they sense the market moods before the moves begin, i did not trade yesterday; because i was busy elsewhere but this drop was visible at 117.46 itself

Not going to go into huge discussions with you but suffice to say you are wrong.No indicator "senses" anything specially 100SMA which is incredibly lagging behind price.
