While the long term is downtrend, it may first test 1.0475 the 38.2% fibo line before it back down again. Since no one knows where the market will go, I will wait to see.

 

  1. I will place a short after hitting 1.0475 and stop running up.
  2. I will place a short at a pull back if the price keeps going down without reaching 1.0475.

I believe those are safer trades.

I kept an algo in the usd/jpy and had great joy while I waited for parity in eur/usd. I then did some entry, shorting very short today at 1.04407 jumping off at 1.04324 and a very tiny long jump at 1.04291 to 1.04345. I intend to do this dance all the next two days, as environment allows me. I will change my strategy based on fundamentals and volume.

My opinion is that there would have to be proper volume price action, these indicators have a habit of costing me, perhaps due to my own ignorance. I use the PPMA in conjunction with ARSI and ABB with some other indicators, but I really look at volume, spread and pricing action. News looks a little weak and I believe in fundamentals more than anything. I watch the macd as well. Again, IMHO, I feel that volume will be key and watching the spread and pricing.

A EW count for euro, ABC zigzag.
Look like wave 2 is forming now, one more high but lower of 1.045, then sell at will!

can also see on ur shart another mini H&S with a drop back to the levels on that "2" mark so yeah ^.^i'm looking for a move to position myself as of now in this pair

Yes. As euro touched 1.0450 at the same time dxy touched fibo retracement of 78.6%(102.7) from 102.45 to 103.58 wave.
Often fibo retracement goes from 78.6 to 38.2 and if it goes on euro would be equivalent to cca 1.04. Sell at will!)

I guess every trade has a minimum SL of 300 pips (even if the trader doesn't set one at all)
