Thanks for your help Emmanuel,

I have now learnt something more about APBs Looks like the trade is going south from the D1 TDIx but I will wait until candle close to make a decision and see if it breaks H4 support.

Additionally my MTF HAS bars are based on HA smooth to see the general trend, thats probably why they seem out of sync.

if I make that MTF HAS into MTF APBs, would that be useful for TMS 5-Method/

did you see the D1 Inside Bar setup?
that trade was IB breakout.
IB are consolidation which we do not trade but we can trade the breakout of CONSOLIDATION.

Here you go, it's very helpful to change the charts if TF instantly, and does not really put any pressure on CPU as well which is what we need

Hi Tampa,
I had this spreadsheet I used for ME which may help you. It is currently set up for Initial Entry plus 2 x when going your way and further 2 when price retraces @ 10 pip intervals If price continues your direction you will have at least 0.6% Risk if it doesn't go back and pick up limit orders. If you found that 70% or more trades dont go against you then you could consider higher initial risk. Still have to manually change Pip value to suit your currency

note:

support become resistance when the market did not have buying momentum to break it. That resistance you mention was tested and need strong buying momentum to break it.

TDI is RSI which is an oscillator. Oscillators like the RSI, Stochastics, CCI, etc. work best in ranging market type but when the market is trending while the oscillator shows Overbought or Oversold levels the price can continue in its trend. This is when you must check the higher timeframe to see the trend strength and its momentum.

Look at the real price bars over the APB candles or be like Big E, he checks the normal candle chart to see the market condition.

Thank you pabuuu, buttons are brilliant ... fast, less demand on CPU, and template loads quickly on startup. I never new I could get so excited about buttons!!
