Although non of the two owns FED or creates it's rules (both will have to comply to decisions "MONEY" will make for them). Therefore... the question is what FED wants. Do they want to make turmoil in US economy or do they want it to prosper... unless.... unless the printing of the $ was in the hands of US government... naaahhh no chance... Kennedy tried that back in the days and rather 'unfortunately' failed to complete the mission.

4hr. Going over 131 destroys it. Under 128.3 sets up a picture perfect reversal pattern for at least 124 with bounce circa 126. Retest 128.3 to 129

edit not taking it though. Just watching

Why so many this days plays to be a conspiranoic...??... Is a fashion...?... FED is not there to kill US economy, but to improve it. Sometimes they badly mistake and has to make corrections, but if US fall, they will fall.

Next stop could be 132.20 area. And then retest of 123.80 maybe ?

I went a bit off topic... sorry. But hey, they're the bank right? So "sell loans with interest and buy everything cheap" when the loan repayment fails applies to them too? But then again I may be wrong.

Back to the dragon. It seems it goes up regardless all the mumbo-jumbo going on between the oceans.

GBP/JPY:
Current price is 129.88, sell to target 128.80 initially , sl @ 130.15

that's a 27pips risk for 100pips profit.

EURGBP:
buy @0.8905 to target 0.8978 initially, stoploss @0.8877

More pips to all.

I don't think we will see 128.80 anytime soon, or at least not before 130.70-131 is visited. But it could go as high as 132.20 IMO, and then reverse.

first target 128.8 very nice. should down to 127.934 or more since got US election .

US Dollar:
We have linked the US Dollar with the US 3-year yield, which we know to have very large impact on the valuation of the US Dollar. The USD is a very "noisy" variable and difficult to model, but changes in USD do correlate well with changes in the US 3yr short-term rate. So we used the short term rate as proxy for the USD, the added attraction being the very good correlation between changes in liquidity and changes in short term rates.
The Liquidity Models suggest that we could have seen a peak in the USD TWI last week. The models also suggest that another peak in USD should be expected during the period November 14-22. This could even be a higher high. The subsequent USD decline should persist

Trump wining in the partial data. Dollar falling, GBP falling. As expected.

Months to come will be as ugly as the Brexit.

FED will do his job rising taxes big time, to stop the dollar falling. But Trumpīs big mouth will not make things easier. Evry stupidity coming from him, will come from presidentīs mouth, not from a lunatic guy in a Tv. show.
