Few months old but a bit of a local discussion on extreme debt levels in New Zealand. Second guy is a bit delusional.

The problem for NZ is that once the extreme levels of housing and stock market turns the economy is not diverse enough to hold up. You cant sustain an economy on tourism and dairy at that level.

I just don't think people realize how speculative NZ is. Once the money dries up theres nothing to sustain the extreme valuations. Theres a problem when you have extreme house and stock market valuations.

Hey Scott. Gonna be an interesting week. Been a political animal for 56 years. Ain't never seen nut'in like this. This week will be one for the history books.

BTW, forgot to tell you--redhead and I went to Niagara Falls late September. Part of her bucket list. I went to old fort Niagara and spent over half a day there. One of the most fascinating historical military forts I have visited in the USA. Amazing place.
